Jurnal Klinik dan Riset Kesehatan (JK-RISK) – RSUD dr. Saiful Anwar Malang is the official open-access journal of RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang, Indonesia. It publishes articles three times per year, on every October, February and June. It is a peer-reviewed publication of Indonesian articles and only publishes articles in Bahasa Indonesia.

The October 2026 edition of the Journal of Clinical and Health Research (JK-RISK), Volume 6 issue 1, presents a collection of scientific contributions encompassing pediatric surgery, radiology, and cardiovascular medicine. This issue features an editorial article, original research, literature reviews, and case reports that reflect diverse peespective on clinical challenges, diagnostic approaches, and patient management.
The original research articles explore reperfusion-related renal injury , gut microbiota profiles in Hirschsprung, and MRI findings in lacunar ischemic stroke. Cardiovascular discussions address pulmonary hypertension following atrial septal defect closure, treadmill stress testing for coronary artery disease, and psychological aspects of heart failure. Two case reports further highlight the management of acute arteriovenous fistula thrombosis through angioplasty and the importance of vascular awareness in diabetic limb preservation.
Together, these contributions aim to enrich clinical understanding, encourage interdisciplinary collaboration, and support evidence-based practice in advancing healthcare quality and patient outcomes.
